Littelfuse's New Ultra-Miniature 12.7mm Reed Switches

Recently, Littelfuse announced the launch of the MATE-12B reed switch series. These ultra-compact reed switches offer longer life and greater reliability than existing 12.7mm reed switches for millions of cycles. Their service life exceeds the requirements of automatic test equipment and electrical applications.
The MATE-12B is a normally open switch with a 12.7mm x 1.8mm (0.276" x 0.071") glass enclosure that can switch up to 200 Vdc 10W. This switch has a high insulation resistance of 1012 ohms (minimum) and a low contact resistance of less than 100 milliohms.
The MATE-12B reed switch series is ideally suited for markets that require long life and high reliability, such as automated test equipment (ATE) for power semiconductor testing, appliances, and other limit switch applications.
