　　The CLP7A84 is a high load capability, low noise, low dropout linear regulator that provides 5A of output current. The output voltage is programmable over the 0.5V to 2.075V range with 25mV resolution via pins, and can also be varied in series with external resistors, and can be adjusted over the 0.5V to 5.15V output voltage range. Available in a 20-pin VQFN package.

Phase noise and clock jitter from the power supply are suppressed, making it suitable for powering high-performance serializers and deserializers (SerDes), analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and RF components. For digital loads that need to operate at low input and low output (LILO) voltages, such as application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), and digital signal processors (DSPs), the CLP7A84's excellent accuracy, transient performance, and soft-start capability ensure excellent system performance.
